-     Daily rates include costs for electricity and water consumption.
-          Reduced rates are applied on weekly stays. In which case electricity consumption is payable at 0,20 Euro per kw.
-         Guarantee deposit against damages of 150 Euro payable on arrival, refundable on departure. -         Payments: 30% at confirmation stage, balance on arrival.
-         Cancellation policy: up to 10 days before, only the paid deposit; from 10 to 3 days before, half the total amount due; less than 3 days before, the entire amount due.
-         Check-out by 12 noon.
-         Linen change and weekly cleaning included.
-         Services charged extra:
      -    Extra linen change and cleaning.
      -    Cot or extra bed 10 Euro.
      -    Mountain bike rental available.
